ABK introduces the new face of banking
Kuwait, 9th February, 2008 - Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait today unveiled its new corporate identity as part of a strategic initiative of business transformation and reorganization.
Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK), one of the region's most established banking institutions, marked the start of a new era today with the introduction of its new corporate identity, spearheading a strategic initiative focusing on business transformation and reorganization.
The new identity is an evolution derived from geometric Islamic patterns representing the concept of 'coming together' through a cycle of work, people and business. The resulting success defines the corporate character honed by the bank during its forty-year history.
Mr. Ahmed Yousuf Behbehani, Chairman of ABK, says, "In 1967, a number of distinct departments were combined for the first time, forming the bank today known as ABK. Each department brought unique yet complimentary talents, and strengthened ABK as a whole."
