The following is the best practice advice from Visa if you are planning to travel in the near future.

It would be in your interest to:

• Visit the nearest ABK ATM and change the PIN on your Credit Card and ATM card before travelling
• Change your PIN again upon your return to Kuwait
• If for some reason your PIN is not accepted at any outlet in UK or Europe please insist on SWIPING the card on the machine
